For the 2020/21 financial year, the parish council has agreed to increase the precept to raise funds to:
- Enhance community facilities, including additional playground equipment
- Provide for the replacement of maintenance machinery
- Enhance the staffing team, with provision for the monitoring of public footpaths
- The precept increase is 8.9% or just under 10 pence per week for a band D property
