You may be aware that The General Protection Regulation will take effect in the UK from 25th May 2018. It replaces the existing law on data protection and gives individuals more rights and protection regarding how their personal data is used. Wokingham Without Parish Council must comply with its requirements, just like any other organisation.

Wokingham Without Parish Council is committed to a policy of protecting the rights and privacy of individuals. It only uses personal data for the purposes of managing its halls, its bookings and its finances. Data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes and for longer where required by the hall’s insurers.

If you would like to find out more about how we use your data or want to see a copy of information about you that we hold, please contact the Parish office. Your data will not be shared with any third party.
