Wokingham Without Parish Council held its Annual Parish Meeting on Monday evening (15th March), receiving a presentation from a group of residents looking to establish a Men’s Shed in the parish, and a report from parish Chairman, Cllr Ken Newland, on the councils activities over the past twelve months.
