Begin with singing in circle, a selection of specially chosen mantras accompanied by the guitar, shruti & drum. You will be encouraged to use the space to allow deeper connection to yourself. Whether that be picking up a rattle and shaking along and/or singing or just absorbing the vibrations.
To help with understanding you will receive a sheet with all the mantra words & meanings, as well as a herbal tea to keep you hydrated. There will be 20 minutes at the end for sharing and socialising.
